Used for disc, shaft, and internal gears. Features CNC control, servo drive, and hydrostatic motion for high precision and stability.

CNC Gear Hobbing Machine

Used for disc, shaft, and helical gears. Features CNC control with six-axis five-linkage, servo drive, and high-speed, high-precision performance. Supports post-heat-treatment hard hobbing.

Dual-Channel CNC Machining Center

Performs automatic, one-pass machining of end faces, center holes, inner bores, and outer surfaces. Ensures high efficiency and excellent precision.

Automatic Shaft Straightening Machine

Designed to correct bending deformation after heat treatment. Once the workpiece is loaded, the entire process — clamping, measuring, positioning, correction calculation, straightening, and inspection — is performed fully automatically.

High-Precision Grinding Machine

One-time clamping and automatic grinding for shaft parts. Features a high-rigidity hydrostatic spindle for excellent accuracy and long service life.


Ultrasonic Cleaning & Drying System

Combines ultrasonic degreasing, rinsing, vacuum drying, and rust protection to ensure thorough cleaning and drying of parts inside and out.
